Ultimate Happiness

Hey, what's up? I'm here to share with you a little secret that changed my life for the better. It's about how to achieve the ultimate happiness that we all crave. You know, the kind of happiness that doesn't depend on external circumstances but comes from within. The kind of happiness that frees you from all the suffering caused by your ego and its negative thoughts.

Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, it's not. It's actually possible to reach this state of liberation, where you are no longer a slave to your ego, but a master of your own mind. And I'm going to share with you how I did it, and how you can do it too.

But first, let me explain what I mean by ego and suffering. The ego is the part of your mind that identifies with your body, your personality, your thoughts, your emotions, your desires, your fears, and everything else that makes you, who you “think” you are. The problem is the ego gets attached to things and thinks that they are the source of your happiness or unhappiness.

The ego is constantly judging everything as good or bad, right, or wrong, pleasant, or unpleasant, and reacting accordingly. The ego is always seeking more of what it likes and avoiding what it dislikes. It is never satisfied with what it has and always wants something else. The ego wants to want more than it wants to have. The ego is also afraid of losing what it has and of not getting what it wants. The ego is always comparing itself to others and feeling superior or inferior, always blaming others or itself for its problems and suffering. The ego thrives and survives on drama and chaos!

The suffering is the result of all these egoic activities. The suffering is the pain, the stress, the anxiety, the anger, the sadness, the guilt, the shame, the fear, and all the other negative emotions that arise when things don't go our way or when we face challenges or difficulties. The suffering is also the boredom, the emptiness, the dissatisfaction, and the lack of meaning that we feel when things do go our way or when we have everything, we “think” we want. The suffering is the gap between what we have and what we want, between what we are and what we think we should be.

The suffering is inevitable as long as we are identified with our ego and its attachments. Because no matter how hard we try, we can never control everything that happens in our life. We can never have everything we want or avoid everything we don't want. We can never be perfect or better than everyone else, and never escape from change and impermanence.

We can never find lasting happiness in anything that is temporary and conditional.

So how do we get out of this cycle of suffering? How do we reach the state of liberation? The answer is simple: by letting go of our ego and its attachments. By realizing that we are not our body, our personality, our thoughts, our emotions, our desires, our fears, or anything else that we identify with. By realizing that these things are not who we are, but just phenomena that arise and pass away in our awareness. By realizing that our true nature is pure awareness itself, which is beyond all forms and labels.

When we let go of our ego and its attachments, we free ourselves from all the suffering that they cause.

· We no longer react to everything that happens in our life with aversion or attachment.

· We no longer judge everything as good or bad, right, or wrong, pleasant, or unpleasant.

· We no longer seek more of what we like and avoid what we dislike.

· We no longer compare ourselves to others and feel superior or inferior.

· We no longer blame others or ourselves for our problems and suffering.

Instead, we accept everything as it is, without resistance or attachment.

· We appreciate everything as a gift, without expectation or entitlement.

· We enjoy everything as an expression of life, without craving or clinging.

· We love everyone as ourselves, without judgment or condition.

· We live in the present moment, without regretting the past or worrying about the future.

This is the state of liberation, where there is no more suffering from the ego and its poisonous thoughts. This is the state of Ultimate Happiness that comes from within, our SOUL and does not depend on anything outside us. This state is achievable with, awareness, brain wave practice and meditation.

So, what are you waiting for? Start letting go of your ego and its attachments today and experience the highest happiness for the beautiful and divine soul that you are!
